1 1/4 c old fashioned oats
3 T shredded coconut
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 T hemp seeds
1 scoop whey protein powder ( I use Isagenix)
1/2 c honey
1/2 c dried apricots (I substituted crasins)
1/2 c peanut butter
In medium bowl, toss together first 5 ingredients. Add the rest and stir well. Put bowl in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Roll into balls and store in fridge. They will last for 5 days.
