recipe for the day by tracey anderson---veggie burgers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper
1/4 c. chooped celery
1/2 c. organic low sodium chick peas
2 sprigs fresh cilantro
4 sprigs fresh parsley
2 chives
fresh pepper
puree but do not liquify. mold into 2 small burgers. chill for 20 minutes. place in pan and cook for 2 minutes both sides until crispy. makes 1 serving.
